Call for Tutorial Proposals

EUSIPCO’2015 tutorials will be held on Monday, August 31, 2015.

Prospective tutorial speakers at EUSIPCO’2015 are invited to submit their proposals by e-mail, no later than February 13, 2015, to the Tutorials Chairs:

EUSIPCO’2015 tutorial proposals will be judged notably by their technical quality, relevance and timeliness of the topic, quality of the proposal, qualification of the speakers, and presence of similar topics or same speakers at recent EUSIPCOs or other conferences.

Eight half-day tutorials are foreseen. No more than four tutorials will run in parallel at any time of the day. When registering, the attendees may choose up to one tutorial in the morning and up to one in the afternoon.

Tutorial speakers will receive financial compensation. If there is more than one speaker for a specific tutorial, the split of the total payment is decided by the speakers. No travelling or maintenance expenses will be paid to the speakers and no EUSIPCO’2015 registration waiving will be made.

Tutorials with less than 10 registrations a week after the early registration deadline will not be run unless otherwise explicitly decided by the Tutorials Chairs.

The tutorial slides will be made available to the attendees via a Web site which can be accessed during the tutorial as wireless Internet access will be provided. It is the responsibility of the tutorial speakers to assure that no copyright problems are incurred with their presentation.
